The Guildford Bridge Circle was formed by Paul Shannon in1997 in response to the need for novice and intermediate players to practice in a friendly and relaxed environment where a partner is guaranteed. There are currently 4 sessions held each week in the Guildford and surrounding areas with three afternoon sessions and one evening session. Please click on the Bridge Clubs button for full details of each venue. In addition there are a large number of tuition classes in the area available, especially but not exclusively during school terms. Students and players can obtain bridge supplies such as decks of cards, baize cloths, books and duplicate items from the online shop. Test yourself with the "hand or tip of the week" or become a member to access a back catalogue of tips... coming soon! From time to time there will be details of bridge events, competitions, weekends etc. |
